Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Thane for a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM). In this role, the VRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing consultation on tailored insurance solutions, and assisting with policy servicing needs. The day-to-day tasks include engaging with existing and potential customers through virtual channels, understanding their financial goals, offering appropriate insurance products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Additionally, the VRM will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications - Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills - Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Listening skills - Sales and Business Development knowledge, preferably in financial services - Understanding of Insurance Products and Financial Planning - Proficiency in using CRM tools, virtual communication platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite - Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively - Graduation (Bachelor's degree) in any discipline is required; degrees in Commerce, Business, or Finance are preferred - Experience in the life insurance industry or financial services is an added advantage
