Job Description Sukoon Solutions is an EV mechanisation company providing electric tractors, power tillers, and multi-utility equipment for large facilities. We help hotels, SEZs, industrial parks, corporate campuses, universities, and factories modernise operations with clean, low-cost, high-efficiency EV tools. Our machines handle landscaping, waste movement, logistics, and daily facility tasksdelivering reliable performance, lower running costs, and improved sustainability. About the Role We're looking for an Industry Specialist to drive sales of Sukoon's EV mechanisation equipment to hotels, SEZs, industrial parks, corporate campuses, universities, and large facilities. Key Responsibilities - Identify and target institutional clients (hotels, SEZs, campuses, industries). - Conduct site visits and propose EV solutions for landscaping, waste handling, and internal logistics. - Manage end-to-end sales: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing. - Build relationships with facility managers, purchase heads, engineering teams, and sustainability heads. - Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain a strong pipeline. Requirements - Minimum 2 years B2B or institutional sales experience. - Strong network in hotels, SEZs, industrial parks, facility management companies, or corporate campuses. - Ability to conduct on-ground assessments and recommend machinery solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. - Comfortable with travel, demos, site walkthroughs, and operations-heavy discussions. Good to Have - Experience selling to housekeeping, engineering, or facility departments. - Experience with Industry equipment, utility vehicles, mechanisation tools, or industrial automation. - Prior experience working with facility management companies is a plus
