About The HealthSpan The HealthSpan provides science-backed nutritional supplements and expert guidance for a holistic approach to health and wellness Our clinically tested solutions address key areas like gut health weight management and muscle recovery to help you live a healthier life Why This Role Matters This isn t just about editing and designing new creatives for our brand This person will single-handedly own the entire creative communication design and packaging charter for the brand across D2C and marketplaces This person will own the creative and packaging engine for our entire organization What You ll Own - You will have to collaborate with brand performance category teams to understand requirements and deliver cohesive designs - You will also own the entire product packaging for our brand across Online and Offline platforms- You will produce original graphics layouts branding elements infographics promotional materials and digital artwork - Design interfaces for web mobile and other digital products ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing experiences - Translate business requirements user needs and technical specifications into creative clear and functional designs - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and visual concepts - Present design drafts and prototypes for review iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and team members - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines in all visual content and maintain brand identity across all platforms - Keep up to date with the latest design trends tools and technologies applying new knowledge to projects as appropriate - Develop templates design libraries and scalable assets for ongoing use across channels - Conduct research into market trends competitor branding and audience preferences as input for design decisions Who You Are 1 2 years experience in designing visualizing and solving for design elements for D2C Ecommerce brands2 Energy and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment 3 Creativity to identify new initiatives 4 Experience in high-growth startups is a plus 5 High level of ownership and execution 6 All Creative tools and technologies access and knowledgeWhy The HealthSpan At The HealthSpan you won t just manage design - you ll lead the entire creative engine across functions directly working with CEO We re a fast-moving impact-driven team where you ll get the freedom to shape culture teams and strategy We promise you great learning growth freedom culture and amazing equity and monetary growth Come be part of our success story This role would have Fixed Variable component involved ref updazz com
