Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing creatives which will be used across marketplaces, for performance marketing and also work on engaging brand packaging for products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging Design:

Create fresh, innovative packaging designs for new product launches; adapt

existing designs to different SKUs while maintaining brand consistency; work closely with product

and marketing teams.

  • Digital Creatives

: Design listing images, banners, A+ Content and ad creatives for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, D2C website)
- Social Media Creatives:

Create engaging posts, stories, and graphics for social media; support

influencer collaborations with templates.

  • Performance Marketing Creatives:
    Create engaging static creatives which will help drive better engagement and sales using USPs/RTBs of different verticals
  • Video Support:

Basic video editing for reels, product demos, and ad edits; repurpose existing

footage into platform-optimized content.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG / D2C brands.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and digital design work.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Figma).


• Basic skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).


• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.


• Strong creative vision with awareness of consumer trends in health and lifestyle brands.


• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Good To Have

  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW
  • Experience in basic motion graphics
  • Exposure to UI design
  • Experience in food & beverages/FMCG space.
  • Exposure to 3D mock up tools for packaging visualization.
