"T.A.C Ropes In Kajal Aggarwal As Brand Ambassador". **Role**: Customer Support Associate **Location**: Gurugram** **Job Summary**: **Responsibilities**: - Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, pricing, and availability. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. - Input and manage customer data across various platforms. - Achieve 100% query resolution within a defined Turnaround Time (TAT). **Qualifications**: - 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience; background in a similar role is a plus. **(Freshers are also welcome)** - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English. Additional vernacular languages are a plus. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, high levels of empathy, and excellent phone etiquette. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and online sheets. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
