Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. - Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop effective sales campaigns. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry best practices. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences. - Manage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable). - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system. - Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies. Eligibility Criteria - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in sales, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. - Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
