About The Role

We are looking for a Backend/Full-stack developer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. What You Will Do

- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
- Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
- Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
- Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

What You Will Need

- 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in reverse engineering.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
- Experience using Docker.
- English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
- Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
- Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
