What You Will Do Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript. Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability. Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems. Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management. Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development. What You Will Need 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB. Experience using Docker. English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information. Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role. Availability to work in US East Coast time zone. Why Lilo?
