Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR management at our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will be skilled in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability. This role requires someone who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that Age Well continues to attract, retain, and nurture top talent across all its verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: - Lead the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. - Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. - Performance Management: - Design and implement appraisal systems and key performance metrics. - Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation and goal-setting. - Support leadership in talent development and succession planning. - Employee Engagement & Retention: - Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment. - Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives. - Conduct regular feedback and satisfaction surveys to enhance retention. - Compliance & Policy Implementation: - Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations. - Maintain updated HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. - Manage payroll and leave administration in compliance with company standards. - Training & Development: - Identify skill gaps and design training programs for continuous employee development. - Coordinate with external trainers and consultants for workshops and learning modules. - Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business needs. - Culture & Communication: - Serve as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring open and transparent communication. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. - Uphold the company's core values and ensure a consistent brand culture. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or wellness industry environment. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance. - Proven experience in recruitment, policy creation, and employee development. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite.
