Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop sales strategies, and manage a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and training the sales team, as well as reporting sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Training
- Proficiency in developing sales strategies and market research
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Jaipur
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
