About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage our inside sales team.
The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and coaching the sales team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective inside sales strategies and plans.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and identify qualified leads.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and timely recording of sales activities.
- Coordinate with other departments like customer support and product to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
