Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will assist the Sales Head in driving revenue growth and expanding the companys client portfolio. This position focuses on generating leads, fostering client relationships, and promoting the companys offerings, such as website development, digital marketing, and mobile app solutions. Serving as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, the Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Lead Generation:

Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through methods like cold calling, emailing, and networking.

Maintain a steady flow of qualified prospects to achieve set sales goals.

Support the creation of customized client pitches and proposals.

2.Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Promote additional services to current clients through upselling and cross-selling.

3.Market Research & Reporting:

Perform basic research to uncover new business opportunities.

Understand client requirements and share key insights with the Sales Head.

Keep detailed records of all sales efforts and deliver regular performance reports.

4.Coordination with Sales Head:

Partner with the Sales Head to align on sales strategies and priorities.

Share updates on lead status, challenges, and client insights regularly.

Contribute to the development of sales decks and promotional content.

5.CRM System Management:

Keep CRM systems current with lead details, opportunities, and client communications.

Actively follow up on assigned leads to support deal closures.

6.Optional Digital Marketing Knowledge:

Have a basic understanding of digital marketing offerings like SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing to clearly explain services to clients.

Keep up with industry developments and share relevant insights with the team
