Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager Sales located in New Delhi. The Assistant General Manager Sales will be responsible for generating Sponsorship leads, initiating partnerships and revenue deals, managing sales operations, driving customer satisfaction, and overseeing a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring customer service excellence, and achieving sales targets.

  • Skills in Sales and General Management
  • Media Sales
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in sports marketing or a related industry is a plus
