About Shopalyst Shopalyst offers a Discovery Commerce platform for digital marketers Combining data AI and deep integrations with digital media and e-commerce platforms Shopalyst connects people with products they love More than 500 marquee brands leverage our SaaS platform for data driven marketing and sales in 30 countries across Asia Europe and Americas We have offices in Fremont CA Bangalore and Trivandrum Our company is backed by Kalaari Capital About the Role As a Sales Development Representative SDR you will play a key role in the early stages of the sales funnel by identifying qualifying and engaging potential customers for our SaaS platform for enterprise marketers Responsibilities - Identify and qualify prospective customers through email outreach social media and other sales tools - Craft messaging to engage prospects effectively and spark interest - Conduct research on target accounts and leads to understanding business needs and challenges - Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects - Lead the first-level customer meetings to qualify the opportunity before handing over to a Brand Solution Specialist - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators KPIs Role Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Sales Development Representative in a SaaS company- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools e g FreshSales HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Experience and domain knowledge in Digital Advertising e-Commerce preferred- Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic quickly-changing environment ref updazz com
