Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance safety and functionality of all physical assets in our hotel resort The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems equipment and grounds operate efficiently and meet the highest standards of guest comfort safety and brand expectations Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all aspects of facility operations including HVAC plumbing electrical water systems elevators and structural maintenance Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are implemented and followed for all equipment and systems Manage a team of technicians engineers and housekeeping support staff provide training and performance evaluations Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues proactively Oversee external contractors and service providers for landscaping pest control waste management fire safety systems etc Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations fire and life safety standards and environmental guidelines Manage facility-related budgets inventory procurement and cost control Respond promptly to guest complaints and maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction Support emergency preparedness plans and coordinate response during crisis situations fire power outage floods etc Coordinate renovation or expansion projects in collaboration with architects designers and vendors Maintain records of repairs maintenance schedules service contracts and warranties Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Facility Management Engineering Hospitality Management or related field 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel resort or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC and building management systems BMS Proven leadership problem-solving and organizational skills Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example Excellent communication and negotiation skills Working knowledge of health safety and environmental standards Proficient in facility management software MS Office and maintenance tracking tools Preferred Qualifications Certification in facility management e g IFMA CFM PMP Experience with LEED certification or green building practices Previous experience in managing luxury or large-scale resort properties Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
