Job Title Resort Manager - Pre-Opening Property Location Ananthagiri hills Araku A luxury resort comprising 10 private villas and 1 restaurant constructed by Sardar Projects Pre-opening phase - The candidate will be responsible for the entire setup operational readiness and successful launch of the property Key Responsibilities Pre-Opening Phase Oversee entire pre-opening operations including recruitment training procurement and setting up standard operating procedures SOPs Coordinate with Sardar Projects vendors contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of construction and handover Work closely with the marketing and sales team to design pre-opening promotional campaigns Finalize operational budgets pricing strategies and service standards Operations Management Post Opening Manage day-to-day resort operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences Lead train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service Supervise restaurant operations menu planning in coordination with chefs and F B cost control Implement strong revenue management and cost-control measures Ensure compliance with all legal health and safety regulations Requirements Proven experience 2-5 years as a Resort Hotel Manager with at least 1 years in a pre-opening role preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and villa resort operations Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage P L budgeting and operational strategies Graduate PG in Hospitality Management preferred What We Offer Opportunity to lead a resort from ground up Competitive salary and incentives Accommodation and food facilities if applicable Career growth in a reputed upcoming hospitality brand Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
