We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort The GM will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences driving profitability managing staff performance and maintaining the highest standards across all departments including front office F B housekeeping maintenance spa and recreation The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise financial acumen and a passion for hospitality Key Responsibilities 1 Operations Management Lead and manage all resort departments to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure the highest standards of guest service cleanliness and safety Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives 2 Financial Oversight Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports Monitor P L performance and implement cost control measures Identify new revenue opportunities and drive profitability 3 Staff Leadership Recruit train and retain a high-performing team across all departments Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations Foster a positive and productive work environment 4 Guest Relations Handle VIPs complaints and special requests professionally and promptly Monitor online reviews and implement strategies for reputation management Ensure personalized guest experiences to build loyalty and repeat business 5 Sales Marketing Support Work with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort and increase occupancy Participate in strategic planning for marketing campaigns events and partnerships 6 Compliance Safety Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations Oversee health safety fire protocols and emergency preparedness Maintain licensing insurance and certifications as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field MBA preferred 8 years of hospitality experience with at least 3 years in a GM or senior leadership role Proven track record in resort operations team leadership and guest satisfaction Strong financial and analytical skills Excellent communication interpersonal and decision-making skills Proficiency in property management systems PMS and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualities Multilingual abilities International resort experience Experience with eco-tourism or wellness resorts Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in hospitality Compensation Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses On-site accommodation if applicable Health insurance and other benefits Annual leave and travel perks Job Type Full-time Pay 29 437 21 - 78 872 69 per month Work Location In person
