Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition This role is crucial to our expansion plans and we are looking for a leader who can drive business growth in Bangalore Area Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Strategies - Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city - Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets - Build track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities - Target achievement of overall sales of the region- Maintaining performance through input KPIs on a daily basis - Build a pipeline for upsell and cross-sell to existing accountsLeadership and Team Management - Lead mentor and manage a high-performing sales team - Provide guidance support and training to ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales goals Client Relationship Management - Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives - Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch build the right product Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing operations and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction Market Analysis and Reporting - Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential challenges - Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activities Requirements - 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients - Proven track record of launching establishing cities and making them profitable - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen - Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth Workdays 6 days workweek- Willing to travel extensivelyJoining Immediate ref updazz com
