Experience: 2–4 years in growth, partnerships, or performance marketing in fintech, lending, or aggregator platforms.

What You'll Do

- Onboard B2C partners (DSAs, fintechs, marketplaces) for lead-gen.
- Manage CPL/CPA models with full ROI ownership.
- Enable embedded finance via APIs/co-branded journeys.
- Improve lead funnel (quality, conversion, disbursal).
- Track performance, build CAC/LTV reports.
- Ensure compliance with lending norms.
- Support strategic integrations with leadership.

What You Bring

- Experience in CPL/CPA B2C partnerships (loans/credit).
- Funnel and API understanding.
- Strong cross-team coordination and execution focus.
- Data comfort (Excel, CRM; SQL is a plus).

Good to have

- Lending API or embedded journey experience.
- Tools: LeadSquared, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.
- Past exposure to top platforms (Paytm, Zomato, PaisaBazaar, etc.)

Preferred candidate from the same industry.
