We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Content to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts across all platforms. This role is critical in shaping the brand’s narrative, strengthening our market presence, and driving meaningful engagement with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned content professional with a proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel content strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, brand voice, and audience needs. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, including digital, print, events, and PR.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing content team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Oversee editorial calendars, workflows, and processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of content.
- Content Creation & Oversight: Guide the development of diverse content formats including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, infographics, newsletters, and social media campaigns. Review and approve content to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Audience-Centric Approach: Conduct research to deeply understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors. Leverage insights to create compelling, relevant, and engaging content that resonates with different customer segments.
- SEO & Performance Optimization: Partner with digital marketing teams to ensure all content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversions. Track, measure, and analyze content performance using analytics tools to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives. Develop thought leadership content to position the organization as an industry leader.
- Brand Storytelling: Champion the brand narrative across all platforms and ensure every piece of content contributes to building a strong, authentic, and recognizable brand identity.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with emerging content trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with innovative storytelling formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–12 years of proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring content teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across formats and channels.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative storytelling and audience engagement.
