Content Head

Job Summary: As the Content Head , you will lead the creation and execution of a robust content strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling skills, a deep understanding of the real estate sector, and the ability to manage a team of talented content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful content.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of articles, blogs, videos, and other content formats tailored to the real estate market.

Editorial Oversight: Maintain editorial quality and consistency across all content outputs, adhering to brand guidelines.

Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitors to inform and optimize content strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with broader business goals.

SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices and leverage analytics tools to track content performance, ensuring continual improvement.

Crisis Communication: Manage content during crisis scenarios, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent and effective.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

8-10 years of experience in content strategy and creation, preferably in the real estate or related sectors.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing creative teams.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Deep understanding of digital and traditional content channels.

Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
