About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Content to lead our long-form video portfolio and scale our presence across YouTube and other platforms. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategistcapable of driving organic growth, understanding market fit, and producing content that resonates deeply with the Lead and own the long-form video content strategy across YouTube.

- Scale channels organically by leveraging audience insights, platform algorithms, and trend analysis.

- Drive content-market fit by experimenting, measuring, and iterating to maximize reach and engagement.

- Manage the full production lifecyclefrom ideation, scripting, filming, to post-production edits and final cuts.

- Ensure high-quality editing, storytelling, and pacing that keeps viewers Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align content with brand goals.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing content team.

Who You Are:

- 4 to 10 years of experience in content creation, with proven success in scaling YouTube channels or equivalent platforms.

- Strong creative instincts with the ability to conceptualize and lead compelling storytelling.

- Expertise in editing, cuts, and post-production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.).

- Solid understanding of audience behavior and platform algorithms.

- Experience in balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.

- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
