**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm, research, and ideate to develop fresh concepts for podcast episodes and other video series.
- Plan and structure shoots based on the specific requirements of each piece of content.
- Supervise and coordinate recordings to ensure smooth execution and thorough coverage.
- Edit videos into palatable story structures to produce high-quality, engaging final outputs.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to manage necessary tasks.
- Analyse audience feedback and engagement data to refine content strategy and enhance performance.
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in content production, podcasting, and digital media.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, video editing, or podcast production (Finance-related experience is not required).
- A creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities and the skill to transform ideas into engaging content across different formats.
- Solid understanding and proficiency in using video editing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
