- The role requires someone who loves to browse through countless content in various formats like - text, video and audio (blog, research papers & journals, books, open course - lectures, talk show videos, podcasts) to create viewer-oriented content for YouTube platform. Should have clarity on how the researched content can help reach people and impact their lives. We are seeking an individual who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders (SEO, script-writer, program manager, video editor, etc.) to aid in the creation of amazing content.

- **basic understanding of the health-tech industry **and can adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since the YouTube audience changes based on trends & seasonality.-
- You have a
- ** constant eagerness to research the industry **and implement best practices whenever necessary.-
**Stakeholder Management**: You are an excellent coordinator with various stakeholders
- **Collaborates **with the program manager, script writer/s, and SEO executive/s to research data/blogs/information related to the services/products provided by the company.-
- Discussion and engagement on creative ideas with Program Managers, SEO (w.r.t. KW analysis and Search Volume Results), & Script writers for better performance of the channel(s).-
**Out-of-the-box thinking**Increasing traffic **to the channel and other content by using
- **effective keywords**Error-free content** which is fact checked with 100% accuracy and well cited from relevant sources like research papers, journals and blogs by eminent scientists and spokesperson of the field.-
**Attention to detail** and
- **promptness **in the given task-
- Conducts research on various topics to
- **help the scriptwriter(s) **produce
- **3-5 scripts **on a daily basis. Excellent
- **Time Management Skills** to meet deadlines for each and every project-
- Ensures
- **prior delivery of research material **to the script writer(s).**_
Required Qualifications & Skills:_**- Able to provide content which can help construct engaging and cohesive narration keeping target audience in mind-
- Provides research content which
- **_ensures brand values & uniformity_**.-
- Expert user in Google Suite-
- Should know how to use endnote or other tools for bibliography-
- Should be able to make sense of graphs, charts, infographics from scientific articles, journals and other blogs.-
- Excellent researching, proofreading, and editing skills-
- Familiarity with various reliable resources related to healthcare - Research journals, YouTube Channels, Blogs, etc.-
- Should be able to perform viewer-centric research and collect data which will help to create high impact videos for the target audience.**_
