Swiggy Instamart, is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than30000 + assortments / productsto our customers within 10-15 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Instamart has been operating in90+ citiesacross India and plan to expand to a few more soon. We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.

Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager is expected to track, deep-dive, and provide insights for specific business functions. The role expects the candidate to structure the problem, draw relevant insights leveraging data, and work with functional leaders to drive them to a conclusion.

. Assist in building Supply Chain Planning, working with functions in determining functional targets, performing rigorous analysis on initiatives and reporting to senior stakeholders . Measure and analyze the performance of warehouse . Work with functional teams in articulating strategy by building dashboards and conducting detailed analysis . Work with warehouse teams by identifying and solving the issues related to day to day warehouses KRAs . Act as control tower for the warehouse and be responsible to implement best-in-class supply chain processes . Work on long term solutions to improve warehouse performance . Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them, and see them through execution . Managing multiple projects in parallel.
Desired Candidate :

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical degree, 2-3.5 years experience preferably in central planning teams / supply chain teams / control tower. . Or MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges with 1-2 years of experience . Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Google-sheet and PowerPoint is mandatory . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. . Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
