Shape the utilities market of the future with us. Join our team in our office in at Bangalore as Assistant Project Manager.
The Assistant Project Management supports the Project Managers (PM) and the division management in the management of national and international projects in the energy market sector. The aim of the activity is to relieve the administrative and organizational burden on the Project Managers.
The Assistant Project Management supports in particular the planning, controlling and execution of the projects, in project controlling and takes over the technical support of the colleagues regarding MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
Furthermore, he/she is responsible for the preparation of project documents and status reports. In addition to scheduling and coordination, the Assistant Project Management also monitors compliance with deadlines, schedules and prepares documents and reports for the management.

What is the role about?

Key Resposiblities :

• Support of the project managers and the division management, especially in the planning, controlling and implementation of the projects in project controlling
• Assistance in the creation of project documents and status reports
• Technical support of the project management with regard to MS-Project, Jira and Confluence
• Scheduling as well as preparation of meetings and the corresponding documents for them
• Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up documentation in meetings
• Preparation of project portfolio reports
• Agreement, monitoring and adherence to deadlines and schedules
• Technical administration of the Progressive Web App (PWA)
• Supporting the PM's with the monthly hourly billing of the project team members

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Prince2 Foundation) is an advantage.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in the energy or IT sector.

• Familiarity with project lifecycle processes and reporting frameworks.

• Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional environment is a plus.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Project Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence is essential.

• Documentation & Reporting: Strong skills in preparing project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.

• Time & Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and dependencies efficiently.

• Analytical Thinking: Basic understanding of project controlling, portfolio reporting, and data interpretation.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Team Support: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support Project Managers.

• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of digital tools and applications such as Progressive Web Apps (PWA).

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking schedules, deadlines, and billing hours.
