**Assistant Project Manager**

Responsible for managing Global Market projects at Jasper Colin Research, including project planning, client communication, and crisis management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Ownership:**

- Oversee the execution of market research projects (quantitative and qualitative) with Team Leads and Senior Research Associates, ensuring clear objectives, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations.

**Quality Assurance:**

- Maintain high standards of quality throughout project phases, monitoring progress and addressing risks to ensure accurate delivery.

**Cross-functional Coordination:**

- Serve as the main contact for teams across operations, quality assurance, and client services, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

**Sales Support:**

- Assist sales and business development teams during bidding and proposals, contributing to lead generation and client pitches.

**Process Improvement:**

- Evaluate workflows and tools to identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.

**Qualification:**

- Graduate or post-graduate in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or related field

- 4+ years of experience in managing market research projects (qualitative and quantitative)

- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to high standards

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Experience with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

- Preferred proficiency in project management tools and research platforms
