Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate with the web development and marketing teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities include planning and executing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, supervising team members, and driving continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong management and leadership skills, including team supervision and client relationship management
  • Experience in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Knowledge of web application development technologies such as React JS and PHP is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or digital services industry is beneficial
