Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Operations (Control Tower) to join our team in Bangalore. The role requires strong expertise in Excel, data management, and control tower operations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day logistics operations through the control tower.
- Track and resolve delivery exceptions, escalations, and operational bottlenecks.
- Use advanced Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting) for data analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate with ground operations teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth service.
- Drive adherence to SLAs, OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries, and quality metrics.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and present insights to leadership.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations (control tower preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory); knowledge of SQL/automation tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
