Job Description

Test Strategy and Design:

- Design and implement test strategies for complex applications, ensuring test coverage across both web and mobile platforms (Android, iOS).
- Define testing standards, methods, and processes to ensure consistency in testing across different projects.
- Oversee the design of test cases and scenarios, ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are covered.

Test Planning and Execution:

- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of tests across web and mobile applications.
- Manage testing efforts for third-party integrations (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to ensure seamless functionality.
- Conduct regression, performance, security, and load testing, utilizing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and OWASP ZAP.

Manual & Automation Testing:

- Perform both manual and automated testing to verify application functionality, scalability, and security and performance testing.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and other automation tools.
- Implement automation best practices and continually enhance the test automation framework.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar. Work with the fresher to ensure all key functionalities are tested.

Client Communication:

- Act as the key technical contact for clients, providing detailed insights on QA processes and progress.
- Deliver comprehensive test reports, focusing on identified issues, risks, and recommendations.
- Lead discussions on quality improvements and testing methodologies with stakeholders and clients.

Leadership & Mentorship:

- Lead the QA team by mentoring junior testers and guiding them in bothmanual and automation testing techniques.
- Oversee and coordinate the team's efforts in testing, while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Support other teams in cross-functional project work, acting as a subject matter expert when needed.

Collaboration in Agile Environments:

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Foster close collaboration with development and product teams, ensuring a streamlined testing process.
