Qualifications: - Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role. - Skills:Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must Haves - 2-4 years experience in Workday & Servicenow - Experience in global companies in HRSD roles (preferred KPOs/GCCs) - Should have worked in HR shared services mode.
