JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Provide HR Support: Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and employee records. Process Transactions: Handle transactions such as onboarding new employees, updating employee information, and processing leave requests. Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and systems. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures. Training: Provide training and support to employees on HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must Haves

2-4 years experience in Workday & Servicenow Experience in global companies in HRSD roles (preferred KPOs/GCCs) Should have worked in HR shared services model
