Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Support: Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and employee records.
  • Process Transactions: Handle transactions such as onboarding new employees, updating employee information, and processing leave requests.
  • Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Training: Provide training and support to employees on HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must Haves

  • 2-4 years experience in Workday & Servicenow
  • Experience in global companies in HRSD roles (preferred KPOs/GCCs)
  • Should have worked in HR shared services model
