Position: Senior Sales Manager / Key Accounts Manager Location: Ahmedabad Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business prospects, foster relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into enduring business partnerships. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust, positive relationships with key accounts, comprehensively understanding their needs, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring unwavering customer satisfaction. - Technical Proficiency: Exhibit a profound understanding of our product range, encompassing technical specifications and applications, to eloquently articulate product advantages and provide tailored solutions to clients. - Leadership and Mentorship: Exemplify leadership and mentorship qualities within the sales team and among junior staff, offering guidance, training, and support to facilitate attainment of sales objectives and professional development. - Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop proactive strategies for market leadership. - Sales Reporting: Compile comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and facilitate informed decision-making processes. Requirements: - Education: B.E. /B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or any related field. Equivalent substantial industrial experience will also be considered. - Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the automation or industrial electronics sectors. Strong experience in key account management is highly advantageous. - Communication Excellence: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati, adept at engaging with clients across diverse organizational hierarchies. - Technical Acumen: Possess a strong technical grasp of automation products such as PLC, HMI, Sensors, VFDs, etc., or a demonstrated ability to swiftly assimilate complex technical concepts. - Customer-Centric Focus: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction, prioritizing the establishment and maintenance of enduring relationships based on integrity, reliability, and value delivery. - Mobility: Display a willingness to travel outside the city as required for client engagements, industry events, and business expansion activities.
