Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Siliguri. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and monitoring sales performance. The role requires effective communication with clients and the ability to provide solutions to their needs. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales Management and developing Sales Strategies - Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and identifying new business opportunities - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Market Research and Performance Monitoring abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead by example - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
