Job Description Big share Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) in India, established in 1994 and headquartered in Mumbai, with branch offices across major cities like New Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad. The company provides a wide range of services related to capital market operations, including maintaining shareholder records, handling share transfers in both physical and dematerialized forms, and assisting with re materialization, address changes, and other investor services. Big share also manages corporate actions such as dividend distributions, bonus and rights issues, IPO allotments, and open offers. It is particularly known for its role as a registrar for IPOs, supporting companies through the entire pre-issue, allotment, and listing processes. With a strong reputation for regulatory compliance and service quality, Big share has consistently ranked among the top RTAs in India and serves a diverse clientele, including listed companies, PSUs, MNCs, and private firms. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and promote our E-Voting and related services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services or banking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular visits and continuous interaction. - Business Growth: Promote, upsell, and cross-sell E-Voting and other company services to existing and potential clients. - Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with ISO standards and organizational policies. - Market Research: Identify business trends and new opportunities by analyzing industry events, publications, and SEBI updates. - Reporting & MIS: Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track sales performance, client activities, and business trends. - Customer Support: Provide reliable post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Process Implementation: Assist in streamlining business development procedures and ensuring adherence to company guidelines. - Travel: Be willing to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Proven track record in business development or relationship management, preferably within financial services or banking. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools will be an advantage. Experience Required: Minimum 7 years Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD) Preferred Background: Business Development / Relationship Management in Financial Services Institutions or Banks Education: Graduate or Post Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong business development knowledge
