Job Description About AUTOFOREST: AUTOFOREST is a fast-growing innovator in the electric mobility space, specializing in BLDC hub motors and integrated powertrain solutions for the global e-bike industry. Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and accelerate growth. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our BLDC motors and powertrain systems to e-bike manufacturers and related industry players. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential OEM clients, e-bike manufacturers, and distributors - Understand client needs and recommend appropriate AUTOFOREST products and solutions - Present technical features and value propositions of our hub motors and powertrain offerings - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow brand visibility - Provide market feedback to product and R&D teams to support innovation - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field - 2+ years of sales experience in the EV, e-bike, or automotive components industry - Strong understanding of electric drive systems, preferably BLDC motor technology - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently - Willingness to travel as required Nice to Have: - Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering - Existing network in the e-bike or micro-mobility space - Experience working with OEM supply chains or component sales What We Offer: - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable mobility innovation - Flexible work environment - A passionate and fast-moving team shaping the future of e-transport
