Job Description Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their property requirements. - Communicate regularly with prospects to keep them engaged and informed. Sales Target Achievement - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive sourcing and follow-ups. - Leverage effective selling and negotiation skills to close deals efficiently. Lead Generation & Sourcing - Source leads through various channels such as referrals, walk-ins, events, digital platforms, etc. - Conduct field visits and participate in on-ground marketing or promotional activities to boost sales pipeline. Product Presentation - Deliver compelling product presentations and site visits to potential customers. - Highlight key features, USPs, pricing, and amenities of the properties effectively. Market Intelligence - Stay updated on current market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and real estate developments. - Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on market insights and customer interactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead management and customer experience. - Share customer feedback for continuous product or service improvement. Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity, lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions. - Provide timely updates and reports to management on sales progress and targets.
