Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and building strong communication channels with clients & maintaing exisiting client relations . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and managing client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business. The executive will also be expected to participate in strategic planning and execution to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Learn & create market surveys , competition analysis , SWOT and STP for achieving the Go To Market strategy .
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Min 6months of Real Estate
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Great Presentation skills
- Strong abilities in Account Management and Business operations
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
