It provides services in medical devices, pharma, product development, and regulatory affairs. In 2023, it expanded by acquiring U.S. Electronics, now LUMIN Innovations. With 350–400 employees, the company is recognized for its industry expertise and professional work culture.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive client engagement and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Conduct regular client meetings (onsite & virtual) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client concerns promptly and provide effective resolutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver value-added services.
- Document client interactions, feedback, and meeting outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meetings effectively.
