With 350–400 employees, the company is recognized for its industry expertise and professional work culture.We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive client engagement and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve long-term success.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.- Conduct regular client meetings (onsite & virtual) to understand needs and deliver solutions.- Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.- Address client concerns promptly and provide effective resolutions.- Partner with internal teams to deliver value-added services.- Document client interactions, feedback, and meeting outcomes for continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.- 3–6 years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meetings effectively.Soft Skills We Value:- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.- Ability to build trust and maintain lasting professional relationships.(IT & MNC exp. preferred)Timings: 6:30 Pm to 3.30 Am IST
