Responsibilities: - Build relationships with prospective clients - Maintain consistent contact with existing clients - Manage sales pipeline - Analyze market and establish competitive advantages - Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing - Demonstrated sales success - Strong negotiation skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - CRM experience is preferred - Bachelor's degree - Familiarity with IIT-JEE and NEET-UPSC programs - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively - Experience in creating business plans and monitoring progress - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Hindi - A strong ethical mindset, integrity, and a dedication to our mission Working Hours: - 9 Hours Working Days: - 6 days and 1 Rotational Week Off Pay range and compensation package: - Salary: 3 LPA is (Fixed) + Incentives
