IT Project Co-Ordinator

About the Role:

As our IT Project Coordinator, you'll be the central hub connecting stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving projects to successful outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and management to deliver IT solutions that align with our organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What you'll do:

Project Coordination

- Partner with stake holders to define clear requirements, scope, and objectives that support business goals
- Orchestrate internal and external resources to keep projects on track, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- Monitor project progress and proactively adjust timelines or scope to optimize results

Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare and deliver compelling progress updates to management and key stakeholders
- Facilitate seamless communication between team members, vendors, and clients
- Schedule and lead project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and vendor coordination calls

Documentation & Process Management

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
- Track and report project risks, outcomes, and escalation items through appropriate channels
- Ensure all project deliverables meet timeline requirements and quality standards

Resource Optimization

- Strategically assign and monitor resources to maximize project efficiency and output
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support both internal collaboration and external vendor relationships

What we are Looking for:

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on project coordination experience
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating teams and managing client relationships
- Demonstrated success working in corporate environments across all management levels
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
