Job Description

EF&T is Telecommunications and ICT Services company a subsidiary of Australian based company Efiniti Telecommunications Services Ltd - a trusted name in the Telecommunications and ICT sector since 2006.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our ICT division as we continue to expand our services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the internal IT team, coordinating ICT projects, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

Location: Bangalore, India

Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing transition activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Overseeing multiple work groups and tasks, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deadlines.
- Developing and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Tracking key project tasks, milestones, and dependencies to monitor progress.
- Creating and maintaining project portfolios to meet reporting and project requirements.
- Participating in stakeholder meetings to capture and clarify project and client requirements.
- Analysing customer requirements and ensuring accurate provisioning of customer work orders.
- Facilitating collaboration and communication across all teams involved in the project.
- Providing regular progress updates, highlighting challenges or delays, and offering solutions with clear timeframes.
- Achieving agreed KPIs and performance targets.
- Acting as the primary point of contact, delivering support via phone and email.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A degree in Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A customer-centric approach with exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, supported by a solid technical aptitude.
- Experience in project delivery or a sound understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry (highly desirable but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
- Experience supporting business, enterprise, and government customers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions and apply creative thinking to resolve challenges.
