Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and project management? We're seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator to spearhead our technology initiatives and ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion.

About the Role:

As our IT Project Coordinator, you'll be the central hub connecting stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving projects to successful outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and management to deliver IT solutions that align with our organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

What you'll do:

Project Coordination

  • Partner with stake holders to define clear requirements, scope, and objectives that support business goals
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to keep projects on track, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust timelines or scope to optimize results

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare and deliver compelling progress updates to management and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate seamless communication between team members, vendors, and clients
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and vendor coordination calls

Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
  • Track and report project risks, outcomes, and escalation items through appropriate channels
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet timeline requirements and quality standards

Resource Optimization

  • Strategically assign and monitor resources to maximize project efficiency and output
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support both internal collaboration and external vendor relationships

What we are Looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on project coordination experience
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating teams and managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated success working in corporate environments across all management levels
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
