Design Co-ordinator

Are you a seasoned architecture and design professional with a passion for ensuring project excellence from concept to completion?

We are looking for a dynamic Head - Design & Compliance to lead and coordinate our design processes, ensuring all projects align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.

Company : Chronograph Projects Consultant(#PMC)

Location: Ashoknagar, Bangalore

Experience: 7-10 years in #Architecture / #Engineering.

Industry: #Hotel | #Villas | #Resort | #RealEstate

Key Responsibilities include:

Leading design coordination across structural, faade, MEPF

#interiors, landscape, and other disciplines.

Managing client and consultant interactions, design reviews, and site inspections.

Ensuring compliance with design intent, building codes, and project specifications.

Overseeing preparation of coordination drawings, construction documents, and RFIs.

Facilitating smooth communication between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Maintaining project quality assurance, de-snagging, and project close-out.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in design coordination and project management.

Degree in Architecture or Engineering.

Proficient in CAD and familiar with BIM software

Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and methodologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
