- Lead Generation:Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads for payroll services, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Understanding:Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and challenges, proposing tailored payroll solutions.
- Sales Collaboration:Partner with the sales team to develop and present customized payroll service proposals to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement.
- Market Insight:Stay updated on payroll industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:3+ years of proven experience in payroll pre-sales and lead generation.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Negotiation Skills:Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence client decisions positively.
- Independence:Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Payroll Expertise:Comprehensive understanding of payroll services, processes, and solutions.
