Job Description Position:Business Development/ Capture Analyst/ Market Research Analysts Experience: 2-5 years Location: Location Work Timings: 12 PM to 10 PM IST Role: The Analyst will support Oteemo's growth objectives by executing daily Business Development tasks, ensuring pipeline health, and providing analysis to strengthen capture execution. Must-Have (Core Requirements) - Executive communication skills able to engage, present, and follow up with senior leaders. - Sales research and outreach ability demonstrated experience identifying, contacting, and tracking potential partners or customers. - Data processing and analysis strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, dashboards) and comfort cleaning/structuring data. - Presentation creation experience building executive-facing decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that clearly convey insights and recommendations. - Pipeline documentation and tracking disciplined in logging outreach, maintaining contact plans, and ensuring reporting accuracy. Strongly Preferred - Prior role in business development support, market research, or sales operations. - 25 years in structured reporting and customer engagement roles. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). Nice-to-Have (Differentiators) - Experience working with global or U.S.-based teams across time zones and cultures. - Background in IT services, consulting, or SaaS business models. - Strong English writing/editing skills for reports and summaries. - Comfortable handling ambiguity and quickly self-learning new systems.
