Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in NSP, Pitampura, North Delhi, India. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for driving B2B sales of construction equipment, expanding the customer base, and building strong client relationships. The role requires generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
The Sales Team Lead will mentor and guide junior sales executives, oversee negotiations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the management team to design and execute growth strategies. The role involves market research and regular interaction with resellers to strengthen the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management (construction/industrial equipment sector preferred).
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a sales team, with proven experience in guiding juniors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
