Job Description Sales/Senior Sales Officer - Tile Adhesives NCL Buildtek Limited, part of the prestigious NCL Group, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality construction and allied materials with over 30 years of excellence. We offer an innovative product range including uPVC Windows & Doors, Acrylic Putties, Wall Paints, Textures, AAC Blocks, and Tile Adhesives, serving millions of homes across India through a strong dealer-distributor network. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has established us as a key player in the industry. We seek a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to join our team and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for our tile adhesives and allied products. As a Sales Officer, you will represent NCL Buildtek in the assigned market as its Brand Ambassador and shall be the custodian of its Brand Equity. Key Responsibilities: - Set up a robust network of Channel Partners (Distributors, Dealers, and Sub-dealers) to achieve optimum reach and penetration of NCL Tile Adhesives & allied products in the assigned market. Ensure optimum stock levels of all product items with channel partners. - Devise and execute Demand Generation Campaigns to create awareness and interest among buyers and influencers (Applicators/Masons, Contractors, End Customers, Builders/Developers, Architects & Designers) through multiple activities such as product presentations & demonstrations, content creation & distribution, mason meets at retail outlets, Nakka Meets, Contractor Meets, Architect Meets, etc. - Devise and execute Lead Generation & Conversion campaigns for accurate sales projections and improved sales (converting interested prospects into customers) by tracking and visiting construction sites, developing effective engagement, providing solutions, and handling objections. - Maintain sales volume, product mix, selling price, and manage credit periods (if applicable) by staying current with supply and demand dynamics, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities. - Conduct market research at regular intervals to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding. - Implement a strategic business plan that helps expand the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence, providing regular updates on competitors activities. - Ensure complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements in both online and offline formats. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience in the Tile & Tile Adhesive Industry at a similar level and within the target geography is preferred. - Minimum graduate qualification; a post-graduation in Business Administration will be preferred. - Possess strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to launch similar products in the market, with good relationships with Tile Adhesive Dealers, Contractors, and applicators. - Experience in conducting Mason/In-Shop, Naaka Meet, and Contractor Meets, and generating consistent sales of tile adhesive products shall be given utmost preference. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. - Proven ability to drive sales. - Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
